Calliper Refurbishment
Calliper Refurbishment involves the process of deep cleaning your callipers using chemicals, then followed by a wire brush to remove any loose rust, or decontamination, followed by 3 layers of self etching primer to aid with any imperfections in the calliper its self, and then its painted using a compressor and a spray gun with calliper specific paint which is, heat and chemical resistant. Leaving your callipers looking fresh in a factory colour, or looking bold with a brand new colour depending on what you decide!
Here you can see part of the process, after cleaning, masking and priming you can see the paint laid on the calliper. This is offered as a fully mobile service or you can bring it down to our unit. The full process takes around 2 hours.
